Fontina Mashed Potatoes |
|
Ingredients:
5 bakers potatoes- peeled, boiled and strained
2 c. shredded Fontina cheese
4 Tbls. Unsalted Butter
½ c. BelGioioso Mascarpone
Kosher Salt and Cracked Black Pepper to Taste
Instructions:
1. Once potatoes are boiled and strained, place bake into boiling pot.
2. Add Fontina, butter, and Mascarpone
3. Mash to desired consistency
4. Add salt and cracked black pepper to your liking.
5. Serve immediately.
Yield: 6-8 as a side dish
