Creamy BelGioioso Provolone Dressing
Dressed with spring greens & topped with pink lady apples, toasted pecans & crumbled bacon |

Ingredients:
½ C. HALF AND HALF
½ C. BUTTERMILK
1 ½ C. BELGIOIOSO SHARP PROVOLONE CHEESE, SHREDDED
1 TBLS. WHOLE GRAIN MUSTARD
2 TBLS. SHALLOT, MINCED
1 TSP. LEMON ZEST, GRATED
1 TSP. KOSHER SALT
1 TSP. CRACKED BLACK PEPPER
2 TBLS. FRESH CHIVES, MINCED
Instructions:
1. PLACE ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT FOR CHIVES IN A BLENDER OR FOOD PROCESSOR AND PROCESS UNTIL SMOOTH.
2. REMOVE DRESSING AND PLACE IN A SMALL BOWL. ADD MINCED CHIVES AND TASTE. ADJUST SEASONINGS IF DESIRED.
TO CREATE SALAD
1. FOR EACH GUEST PLACE 1 C. MIXED GREENS IN A LARGE BOWL.
2. FOR EACH GUEST ADD 2 TBLS. DRESSING IN BOWL AND TOSS TO DRESS THE GREENS.
3. PLACE DRESSED GREENS ON DESIRED SERVING PLATE AND TOP WITH DICED PINK LADY APPLES, TOASTED PECANS, AND CRUMBLED BACON PIECES.
