We have included an intriguing selection of four cheeses to perfectly pair with everything from light beer to hearty ale. The assortment includes the following cheeses:

BelGioioso Mild Provolone that can be paired with a light beer,olives and breadsticks to enhance the full flavor.

BelGioioso Crumbly Gorgonzola,an ivory-colored cheese with blue-gray veins has a stronger flavor that calls for a strong beer as well as walnuts and grapes.

BelGioioso Romano,a no brainer for a good ale,pretzels and popcorn for an easy snack.

BelGioioso Sharp Provolone,that can be paired with hearty ale,cashews and cured meats.
