Shipping, Returns and Tax
SHIPPING SCHEDULE:Delivery Time = Warehouse Handling Time + Shipping Time.
- UPS Ground: Perishable Items will be shipped Monday through Thursday.
- UPS 3 Day Select: Perishable items will be shipped Monday and Tuesday.
- UPS 2nd Day Air: Perishable Items will be shipped Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
- UPS Next Day Air/DHL: Perishable Items will be shipped Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
TRACKING:At any time you can click on Your Account to track your package. You will receive your tracking number via email once the package is in transit.
SHIPPING RATES:When ordering perishable items, the shipping options and rates offered ensure the freshness and quality you have come to value in Artisan Pantry. We use Fedex, UPS, DHL and occasionally USPS Priority, dependent upon delivery needs.
Shipping and handling charges are based on the actual rate charge by the shipping company plus a very small handling surcharge to cover the cost of packaging materials and other costs related to shipping and handling. Shipping rates are calculated automatically and displayed prior to order confirmation.
Please make sure the delivery address provided is 100% accurate to guarantee prompt delivery.
We are unable to ship outside the continental United States due to customs, VAT taxes and brokerage costs. We do not ship to APO, FPO or PO Boxes.
SHIPPING PERISHABLE PRODUCTS:We take special care to ensure that the perishables in your order arrive in excellent condition. During warm weather, particularly April - September, Artisan Pantry uses an airtight, Insulated Packaging System of a molded polystyrene cooler chest and refrigerant packs within a corrugated box.
Please be aware of the ambient temperatures when choosing your Shipping Method. Softer cheeses should be in transit no more than 1-2 days during the months of April - September. Harder cheeses travel well for longer periods of time and Ground Delivery will suffice. Shipping rates for Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air will be displayed prior to your order confirmation. If you have chosen a shipping method that will not sustain the product, you will be contacted via email. RETURN PROCEDURES:If you are dissatisfied with your order please contact us immediately via our online form within five days of receipt of your order.
All exchanged or returned merchandise must be in original condition, including all packaging materials. Refunds on perishable products will be given on case by case basis by our customer service team.
Pack the products in the original shipping box and return via ground service. Write the Return Authorization number issued by customer service clearly on the outside of the shipping carton. Any merchandise returned to Artisan Pantry without the Return Authorization Number will be refused.
